All products are 100% digital and delivered through our website, Stripe & Google Drive.
What you can do
Every item you purchase includes a "Commercial" license. Create an End Product for your personal or client's project.
Modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
This is a 'unlimited' license, which means you may use an Item unlimited times, in unlimited projects.
What you cannot do
Re-distribute the Item/s, (Free or paid) regardless of any modifications, under any circumstances You cannot replicate or make modifications to the item and list it as your own on your website or, to a third-party.
Make a theme, template or derivative work of any product to sell on any marketplace.
Copy templates or components to your account, with the intention to use them at a later date.
Resell or otherwise distribute downloaded assets on any marketplace as well as via private channels and bots under any circumstances.
Security & Payments
All payments are processed securely through stripe.com. Union UI does not directly process payments through the website. Feel free to contact us about our security policies.
Data Collection
We have access to the email address of our users who are downloading or purchasing from us. This is important to give future support to our customers. Also, when a user is purchasing from us, that user will be automatically signed up on our email subscriber list for future news, updates and promotions. If any user wants, he/she can unsubscribe anytime using the unsubscribe link provided on the email.

Warranty
Our products are provided to you as-is, and without any warranty for its quality. We shall never be liable for any damage or flaw in the product.
Refund
All our products are digital. Since we cannot control the access of our products, we don't provide refund for any product or subscription plans.

We, at Union UI stand by our products and believe that they are the best possible solutions we deliver. However, if you come across any issues or incompatibilities, you can open up a ticket at our support center and allow us to help you resolve your issue. Dedicated support is promised to only those who possess an active license. Free versions are not promised for instant support.
